Bot frameworks

Live Hub supports the bot frameworks listed in the following table. Because each framework requires different bot credentials, each framework has a dedicated page. For the steps that apply to all frameworks, start with Connect a bot.

Choose a bot framework

Framework Prerequisite
Live Hub AI Agent An agent already defined in AI Agents.
AudioCodes Bot API A bot instance that implements the AudioCodes Bot API.
Microsoft Copilot Studio A published Copilot Studio agent.
Microsoft Bot Framework The bot set up for the Direct Line channel, version 3.0. Live Hub needs the secret key this produces.
Google Dialogflow CX An agent in the Dialogflow CX console.
Google Dialogflow ES An agent in the Dialogflow ES console.
Google CX Agent Studio An agent in Agent Studio.
Amazon Lex A bot in Amazon Lex, and an AWS access key that can call it.
RASA The AudioCodes channel for RASA added to your bot. On RASA Pro you also need the rasa-host and a Live Hub token set as a credential on the RASA side.
Additional bot frameworks A bot instance supporting the AudioCodes Bot API. Covers Kore.AI, DRUID, Enterprise Bot, ChatBot Builder, CoCoHub, Cognigy, Ideta, Inbenta, Haptik.AI, Creative Virtual, Koda, and anything else that has implemented the API.

Dialogflow is the only framework that supplies its own speech services. For all other frameworks, select a speech-to-text service and a text-to-speech service, when you create the bot connection.
